How do I resize a photo for an online application form?

Check the form's required pixel size (for example 200 × 230), unlock the aspect ratio if the shape differs, enter both values and download. Then use Compress Image if there's also a KB limit.

Does resizing reduce file size?

Yes. Fewer pixels means a smaller file — usually the most effective way to shrink an image.

Can I enlarge an image?

Yes, but enlarging can't add detail, so the result may look soft.
